Good Morning, South Florida.

1. Burger King beats Wendy's

Burger King has never quite been the king it claims to be, but at least now it's No. 2 again. According to research firm Technomic Inc., BK’s domestic sales rose 1.6 percent to $8.64 billion in 2014 and Wendy’s Co.’s fell 0.4 percent to $8.51 billion. Both are a long way from McDonald’s Corp., which had $35.4 billion in U.S. sales last year. Burger King, once a proud Miami-based chain, is now run by a parent company based in Canada. 2. Going postal on Office Depot, Staples Deal

The American Postal Workers Union sent a 24-page report to the Federal Trade Commission asking regulators to block Staples' $6.3 billion buyout of its rival Office Depot. 3. Tennis anyone?

Serena Williams has purchased a newly built home in Palm Beach Gardens for $2.5 million. Click here to read more from reporter Brian Bandell. Another day, another deal: South Florida is flush with multimillion-dollar home sales. Click here to read about that.

4. Home prices continue to surge

South Florida home prices were up 8.7 percent in March, according to the Standard & Poor's Case-Shiller index. It was the 13th-consecutive month that prices rose locally. Nationally, home prices have risen for 35 consecutive months. Prices rose higher in San Francisco,10.3 percent, and Denver, 10 percent.

5. Hackers breach IRS

If the IRS can't keep your information safe, your information is never going to be safe.
