A new restaurant is coming to a 14-story office building overlooking the Scioto River.

Sí Señor, a locally owned restaurant specializing in Peruvian and Latin American cuisine, will open its third location at 200 Civic Center Drive near the Scioto Mile park, the building’s owners said Wednesday.

CC13 LLC, a partnership of developers Casto Partners and Robert Meyers, purchased the building in 2013 as former owner Columbia Gas of Ohio prepared a move to the Arena District.

“Sí Señor will be an integral complement to the 200 Civic Center Drive building,” Meyers said in a press release. “Its authentic, superior-quality cuisine will be enjoyed by occupants of the building, as well as by those in neighboring downtown offices and visitors of the Scioto Mile.”

Sí Señor has locations on Long Street and Lynn Alley.

“Sí Señor looks forward to providing our many styles of Latin American foods to our new customers at 200 Civic Center Drive. This location will offer breakfast and lunch items with an American flare in addition to our Peruvian style foods that have been and will continue to be our signature fare,” owner Guillermo Perez said in the release.

“Our catering is targeted for those on the go, supplying offices not only with business breakfasts and lunches, but also home meal replacements for those who may not have time to cook,” he said.
