Wichita Mayor Jeff Longwell has a message for owners of small- and medium-sized businesses in the area.
"We care about you," Longwell says.

In Episode 1 Longwell talked about convincing Cargill's protein division to keep its headquarters in Wichita, development along the Arkansas River downtown and projects like improving Century II and the downtown library.
