    The 600 block of H Street NE, on the north side. The four closest buildings were sold in early June. The green storefront in the middle is home to Hikari Sushi. And H Street Self Storage will be razed to clear the way for Insight Property Group's Whole Foods-anchored mixed-use project.

    At 625 H St. NE, on the south side of H, Jair Lynch is developing a big mixed-use project with more than 300 units in two buildings and ground floor retail.

    The District, with Jair Lynch and Forrester Construction, are renovating 645 H for the D.C. Department of Human Services. The ground floor, currently, is wide open.
  • H Street Streetcar
    The H Street streetcars sit idle at Third and H streets NE. The line is expected to carry its first passengers until the fall.
