The gated estate last sold in 2019 for $3.92 million.

A waterfront gated estate in Safety Harbor has sold for $7.2 million. 

The sale of the 7,125 square-foot home at 910 S Bayshore Blvd. is the highest-priced sale in the history of Safety Harbor, according to the Multiple Listing Service. The sales price breaks down to approximately $1,010 per square foot.

Jennifer Zales of Coldwell Banker Realty listed the home for sale. Shawn Poole of Snap Realty LLC represented the buyer.

The home sits on 1.3 acres and has garage parking for up to 10 cars. It also includes an elevator and a rooftop terrace. It was originally developed as a spec home and was built by Boss & Mennie Luxury Home Builders in collaboration with Zales.

Zales located the land in 2017 and then worked with the builder and investor on the design and development of the original project. She represented the developer in the 2019 sale of the property. It sold for $3.92 million in 2019, property records show.

The home has six bedrooms, six full bathrooms and one-half bathroom. The estate is one of the largest residential waterfront home sites available in Tampa Bay. It has no neighbors for approximately half a mile on either side, according to the listing. The property has a nine-mile water view, deep water dock and lift. 

The home features a two-story foyer and great room, a grand staircase, a formal living room with a wet bar, a dining room, two master suites, an office and a large bonus room.

Outdoor amenities include terraces, a heated pool/spa with a sun shelf, bar stools, an outdoor kitchen and a rooftop terrace. 

The home also has impact-rated windows and doors, power shades, natural gas tankless water heaters and a home generator.

It is six miles from the St. Pete – Clearwater International Airport and 13 miles from the Tampa International Airport. The estate is seven miles from downtown Clearwater and eight miles from Dunedin.
